At this time we only ship in the US (excluding Hawaii and Alaska).
Orders submitted before 12 pm noon EST are processed on the same day. Most in-stock items ship within 24-48 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 72 hours to process. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or US holidays.
At times, items may be out-of-stock or backordered. You will be alerted in both instances, and in the event of a backorder, we will provide an approximate date of shipment. You will be informed if an item is backordered at time of order or within 5 days of placing your order.
Orders shipped to PO Boxes are sent via USPS. Overnight and express delivery are unavailable for these destinations.
Backorders & Cancellations
If you place an order for an item that is not available for immediate shipment, it will be backordered. You will be informed if an item is backordered at the time of order or within 5 days of placing your order. You will also be given an approximate date of shipment. You will not be charged for back-ordered items until they ship.
In the event that a backordered item is part of your order, we reserve the right to cancel the item or ship your order in multiple packages. If you would like to cancel a backordered item, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number in the subject header.
If an item is cancelled from your order for any reason, you will not be charged for the item.
